AeroHaus Performance LLC ships premium carbon fiber and performance parts for BMW M vehicles across the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. Please review the information below regarding processing and delivery.

Order Processing

  • In-stock items: 1–3 business days
  • Made-to-order items: 3–7 business days
  • Carbon fiber products may require additional handling time depending on supplier inventory.

Shipping Times

Estimated transit time after processing:

  • United States: 5–14 business days
  • Canada: 7–21 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Product Availability

Some AeroHaus products are manufactured to order or sourced directly from specialized suppliers. Availability and fulfillment times may vary by product. Estimated delivery times shown on product pages should be considered estimates and not guarantees.

Order Status Updates

Customers will receive email updates regarding order confirmation, shipment confirmation, and tracking information when available.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number is sent to the email address on your order. Tracking is provided whenever it is available from the carrier. If you have not received tracking within the processing windows above, please contact us.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Customs processing may extend the estimated delivery window.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or a package is marked delivered but not received, contact us at support@aerohaus.co within 7 days. We will open a carrier investigation and work with you toward a resolution, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
